Training Board

Lesson Board
Includes:
- Partial care of horse or pony
- Grooming once a day
- Turnout once a day
- Hay and grain
- Use of trails and indoor ring
- 8 lessons
- 4 training sessions
- Supervision of student and horse or pony
- Does not include tacking or un-tacking
$1400 per month
Miscellaneous Board Items:
- Unused lessons are not carried over to the next month
- We use smart-pac supplements
- Board packages do not include turn out boots, rugs, dengie, medications, paste worming, blanket cleaning or repair
- All board packages include tack cleaning soaps, oils, corn oil and mineral salt
- All time consuming care items i.e. cold hosing, soaking, lengthy vet visits, holding for blacksmith, or ultrasound therapy, are billed at a rate of $15.00 per hour
- All extra charges are billed at the end of each month. Customers are expected to pay monthly bills in full by the fifth of each month. Once a board type is selected by the customer, any changes must be made in writing at least one month prior to the next monthly billing cycle.
- Stall holding fee is $200 per month
- All boards must use farm vendors i.e. vet, blacksmith, others
Other Fees:
Clipping and Trimming
- Body Clipping $150 and up
- Mane Pulling $20 and up
- Show Trimming $15 and up
Sales Fee
- The sale or lease of a horse is a big decision. We take pride in matching the rider with the right horse. There is a 15% commission due on the purchase, sale or lease of a horse arranged by us.
Show Fees:
Braiding for Shows
- Per Mane $40 and up – paid by owner at show
- Per Tail $35 and up– paid by owner at show
Transportation
- Based on size of load and location of show – paid by owner at show
Day Care
- Multiple day show $100 per day
- Grooming fee $75 per day
Supervision Fee
- $20 per day per horse for horses not on Farm day care
Entry Fees
- Entry fees to be paid by owner at show
Hotel, Food and Travel Expenses
- Trainers and grooms expenses to be divided up among horses attending the show and will include a $25.00 per diem allowance per trainer and groom
Tack Stall/Grooming Stall
- To be divided up among number of horses attending the show
Training Session/Pro Rides/Coaching Fee
- Training session at show $60
- Pro Ride at show $20 per ride
- Coaching fee at show $65/day
